Dr. Menard is the Medical Director of Horizon Neck & Back. He has been practicing in Henderson for over 26 years. He graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic Clinic. He has undergone extensive postgraduate education in Whiplash and Spinal Traumatology. He has also received extensive postgraduate training in Accident Reconstruction and Biomechanics. Given his expertise in the field, he has performed well over 2500 Independent Medical Evaluations on injured patients and is frequently called upon as an expert witness for injury depositions and trials. He has effectively examined and treated over 5000 musculoskeletal injuries and car accident cases over the past 26 years.
